Conflict and Organizations – Managing People in Complex Times is the result of extensive research developed by the authors over time, both through executive training programs and consulting work for SMEs and public administrations. Through a complex and multidisciplinary approach, the book explores the relationship between complexity, people, and conflict within contemporary organizations. The underlying idea is that complexity represents a structural and permanent characteristic of the environment in which organizations operate. Therefore, the main contribution of this work is a redefinition of the role of people as a strategic lever for addressing emerging organizational complexity. Thus, the book offers readers valuable insights into the dynamics of people and organizations in complex contexts.
